10 things you can do to get your life back on track.

One thing which I've realized, waking up early in the morning and going for a run, solves a lot of problems.

This ensures:

1. You start sleeping early and don't spend the night awake or into something that the next morning you feel wasn't productive.

2. You have time to plan and work through your day, however, you like.

Once you've been able to do this, start with small steps and habits that you can follow after you're back from your run:

1. Cook yourself breakfast

2. Sit and write (or any hobby that interests you) or makes you happy (And no, don't watch Netflix)

3. Follow it up with reading something that engages you (it can even be the newspaper)

4. Make sure you're drinking water regularly. If you feel you end up forgetting when to hydrate yourself, there are app reminders for that as well.

5. Start your workday early by creating a plan on things you want to do. Stick to that and even if you break it a few times, it's fine. But ensure you're starting and ending your workday around the same time.

6. Take at least 1 break after every 1 hour. Even if you don't have anything to do, just stand up and walk or stretch. Even have a snack. If you are religious, then use these breaks to pray or even mediate.

7. Once you've finished your workday, cook your dinner/or order and watch whatever you feel like on tv.

8. While watching tv/Netflix tell yourself that you are in control and you can stop when you feel like it. Positive reaffirmation.

9. Mediate/Pray or simply sit idle without doing anything.

10. Listen to an audiobook and try sleeping by keeping a timer.
